Kir Romanoff vs Aleksei Korolev

Boxing Daily Report from the Shongwe Promotions promoted show at Sergei Dorosh Gym, Perm,  taking place on 03/04/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kir Romanoff (5 - 12 - 3) who hails from Perm, Russia and Aleksei Korolev(13 - 8 - 3) from Perm, Russia.  Both Romanoff and Korolev weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Yesheyev, and the three ringside judges are Sergei Anyukov, Georgiy Yesheyev and Aleksei Troubetzkoy.  

Round 1: 

Korolev is looking to close the distance.  Korolev pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Romanoff is looking to close the distance.  Korolev digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Korolev dabs at his face checking for damage.
