Viktor Shutkov vs Evgeny Lapshin

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Engels Lazko, Engels,  taking place on 03/04/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Saratov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Shutkov (27 - 13(2)) who hails from Saratov, Russia and Evgeny Lapshin(14 - 19(1) - 6) from Engels, Russia.  Shutkov weighed in at 147 pounds, while Lapshin weighed in at 148 pounds.    As Lapshin came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Afon Aleinikov, and the three ringside judges are Kolya Smetsky, Mikhail Kambolov and Gennady Duboff.
