Euan Meloni vs Gethin Jones

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at New York City Pryce, New York City,  taking place on 05/04/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Euan Meloni (23 - 15(3) - 8) who hails from New York City, USA and Gethin Jones(27 - 14(1) - 1) from Buffalo, USA.  Meloni weighed in at 135 pounds and 11 ounces, while Jones weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.    As Meloni came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.
