Rio Rodriguez vs Tajo Rozas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Francisco Morazan promoted show at Jose Azcona Villa Olimpica, Tegucigalpa,  taking place on 21/04/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Central American Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Todo Deportes TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rio Rodriguez (8 - 5(2)) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Tajo Rozas(32(27) - 4(2)) from Panama City, Panama.  Rodriguez weighed in at 199 pounds And 12 ounces, while Rozas weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Montilla, and the three ringside judges are Quito Osuna, Selestino Arjona and Xalvador Isabella.  

Round 1: 

Rozas gets on the inside and drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Rodriguez tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with an overhand left.  
Rozas steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Rozas ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Rozas pushes his forearm into Rodriguez's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Rodriguez is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a jab, but Rozas blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Rozas closes the distance and manouvers Rodriguez into the corner.  Rozas lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Rozas is on target with a sharp left hook to Rodriguez's body.  Rozas clinches his opponent.  Rozas pushes his forearm into Rodriguez's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  As Rodriguez tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Rozas dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Rozas sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Rodriguez throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Rozas lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Rozas ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Rozas pushes his forearm into Rodriguez's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Rozas pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Rozas is on target with a right hook to Rodriguez's body.  
Rodriguez steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Rozas lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Rodriguez steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Rozas steps inside and drives a potent right hook into Rodriguez's ribs.  RODRIGUEZ WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Rodriguez almost instantly recovers. 
Rozas manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Rozas lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Rodriguez tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Rozas is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Rozas manages to force Rodriguez into the blue corner.  Rozas connects with a solid left hook.

Rozas lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND RODRIGUEZ IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Rodriguez almost instantly recovers. 
Rozas forces Rodriguez to back into the corner.  Rozas is on target with a stinging left hook to Rodriguez's liver.  
Rozas lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Rozas whips in a big left uppercut to Rodriguez's liver.  RODRIGUEZ WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Rozas holds on to his opponent.  Rozas is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.

Rozas closes the distance.  Rozas senses Rodriguez is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Rozas lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body, AND SENDS RODRIGUEZ TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.
