Corey Secombe vs Steven Quijas

Boxing Daily Report from the GBWH Promotions promoted show at ECCO Arena, Middlesbrough,  taking place on 03/05/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Corey Sex Bomb Secombe (29(19) - 8(3) - 1) who hails from Leeds, UK and Steven Quijas(10 - 4 - 2) from Dallas, USA.  Both Secombe and Quijas weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tony Ferris, and the three ringside judges are Mark Stoddart, Noah Adams and Adam Hesson.  

Round 1: 

Secombe advances into close range and throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Secombe clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Secombe pushes his forearm into Quijas's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Secombe finds the target with a stinging jab.  Secombe throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Secombe sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Secombe attempts to land a jab, but Quijas sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Secombe is looking to close the distance.  Secombe pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Secombe steps inside and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Secombe gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Secombe clinches his opponent.  Secombe is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Quijas steps away from his opponent and throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Secombe advances into close range.  Quijas throws a left hook, but Secombe clinches his opponent.  Secombe pushes his forearm into Quijas's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.
