Takeshi Kikuchi vs Satoshi Nakajima

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Tokyo Murayama, Tokyo,  taking place on 27/04/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Takeshi Kikuchi (15 - 6(1) - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Satoshi Nakajima(24(3) - 8(2) - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Kikuchi and Nakajima weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Domen, and the three ringside judges are Dai Ishikawa, Yuichi Abe and Satoru Shirai.  

Round 1: 

Nakajima steps inside.  Nakajima pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Nakajima advances into close range.  Nakajima sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Kikuchi steps away from his opponent.  Nakajima feints a cross, but Kikuchi ignores the feint and is on target with a left hook.  
Nakajima steps inside and walks Kikuchi down, trapping him on the ropes.  Nakajima lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Nakajima quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Nakajima steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Kikuchi steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Nakajima steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Nakajima lands a left hook.  
Kikuchi hits home with a cross.  
Nakajima gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Nakajima closes the distance.  Kikuchi is getting frustrated here.   He steps in close and strikes his opponent with a blatant headbutt!  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  The ref stops the action and tells Kikuchi to watch his head.  He gives Nakajima time to recover.  
Kikuchi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Nakajima lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Kikuchi almost instantly recovers. 
Kikuchi attempts to land a jab, but Nakajima sidesteps and counters with a mean cross.  KIKUCHI IS HURT!  Kikuchi recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
At the end of Round 8, lets listen in on the corners...Nakajima's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.
