David Jongwe vs Salim Mujuru

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Mutsekwa, Bulawayo,  taking place on 28/04/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Jongwe (9 - 13 - 7) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Salim Mujuru(5 - 9 - 3) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Jongwe and Mujuru weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Kapinda, and the three ringside judges are Leighton Van den Bergh, Leighton Van den Bergh and Noah Chipendo.  

Round 1: 

Mujuru hits home with a left hook.  
Jongwe steps to the outside.  Jongwe sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Jongwe throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Mujuru closes the distance and forces Jongwe to retreat onto the ropes.  Mujuru pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Mujuru hits home with a right hook.  
Mujuru is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Mujuru lands a left hook.  
Jongwe steps to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Mujuru advances into close range.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mujuru dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Mujuru attempts to land a right hook, but Jongwe slips the shot and counters with a cross.
