Faraji Mutezo vs Gus Cathcart

Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Chitungwiza Mupariwa, Chitungwiza,  taking place on 29/04/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Harare Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faraji Mutezo (7 - 8(2)) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Gus Cathcart(14(1) - 9 - 3) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Mutezo weighed in at 167 pounds And 12 ounces, while Cathcart weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Magwa, and the three ringside judges are Chris Parirenyatwa, Harry Katsande and Bradley Masunda.

Mutezo steps away from his opponent.  Cathcart lands a solid cross.  
Cathcart gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Cathcart closes the distance.  Cathcart sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cathcart closes the distance and walks Mutezo onto the ropes.  Cathcart crashes a hurtful right uppercut to Mutezo's ribcage.  MUTEZO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Mutezo almost instantly recovers. 
Cathcart closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mutezo's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Mutezo's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Cathcart slams a big left hook into his opponents body.  MUTEZO IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Cathcart walks his opponent into a corner.  Cathcart drives a sharp right hook into Mutezo's body.  
Cathcart advances into close range and is on target with a potent left hook to Mutezo's ribs.  MUTEZO IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Cathcart crashes a nasty right hook to Mutezo's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE MUTEZO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Cathcart is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Cathcart lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Cathcart!
