Davie Gawley vs Paul Strothers

Boxing Daily Report from the Kessels Promotions promoted show at New Orleans Cullen, New Orleans,  taking place on 04/05/2036:

Clearly Kessels Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Deep South Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davie Gawley (5 - 3 - 2) who hails from Lexington, USA and Paul Strothers(6 - 8(1)) from New Orleans, USA.  Gawley weighed in at 105 pounds, while Strothers weighed in at 104 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Amon Harnois, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Huntley, Stuart Grieve and Mick Main.  

Round 1: 

Strothers finds the target with a jab.  
Gawley switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Strothers advances into close range and walks Gawley into the corner.  Gawley connects with a left hook.  Strothers clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Strothers's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
