Corey Davis vs Sam Swaney

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkrumah Promotions promoted show at Albuquerque Ante, Albuquerque,  taking place on 04/05/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New Mexico Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Corey Davis (20 - 14 - 3) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Sam Swaney(1 - 7(1) - 2) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both Davis and Swaney weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kris Lorimer, and the three ringside judges are Paul Sword, Robert Gemmill and Ewan Carmen.  

Round 1: 

Swaney sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Davis is on target with a cross.  
Davis throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Swaney's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
