Phil Malmborg vs Clint Evens

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Stub Hub Center (Football), Los Angeles,  taking place on 31/05/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Phil Malmborg (24(1) - 6(1)) who hails from Kansas City, USA and Clint Evens(32(1) - 0) from Portland, USA.  Both Malmborg and Evens weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Salvas, and the three ringside judges are James Ruan, Dan Beatty and Bryan Cadwallader.
