Bart Pont vs Callum Strothers

Boxing Daily Report from the Liam Robinson promoted show at Harvey Gym, Newcastle,  taking place on 18/05/2036:

Clearly Liam Robinson have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bart Pont (2 - 4) who hails from Bradford, UK and Callum Strothers(7(4) - 0) from York, UK.  Pont weighed in at 152 pounds and 15 ounces, while Strothers weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arran Bogle, and the three ringside judges are Iain Clark, Hayden McPherson and Tony Ferris.  

Round 1: 

Strothers gets on the inside and crashes a mean left hook to his opponents body.  PONT IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.

Strothers steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Strothers clinches his opponent.  Strothers is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Strothers to stop fouling.
