Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Edwards Hall, Miami,  taking place on 21/06/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Ulises Perdomo (5(3) - 0) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Jair Laureano(8 - 12(1) - 7) from Moreno Valley, USA.  Both Perdomo and Laureano weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Carias, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Headden, Paul Romans and Oleos Infante.  

Round 1: 

Perdomo gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Laureano's ribs.  
Perdomo steps inside and drives a solid left hook into Laureano's body.  Perdomo ties up his opponent.  Perdomo pushes his forearm into Laureano's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Laureano throws a right hook, but Perdomo holds on to his opponent.  Perdomo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Perdomo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Perdomo hits home with a solid right hook.  Perdomo clinches his opponent.  Perdomo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Perdomo lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Perdomo drives a solid left uppercut into Laureano's body.  Perdomo throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Perdomo is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Perdomo lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Perdomo closes the distance and digs in a firm right hook to Laureano's body.  
Laureano pivots to the side of his opponent.  Perdomo lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Perdomo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Perdomo closes the distance.  Perdomo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Perdomo wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Laureano dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Perdomo steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS LAUREANO TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  Laureano quickly recovers. 
Perdomo forces Laureano to back into the corner.  Perdomo whips in a mean left hook to his opponents body.  LAUREANO IS HURT!  Laureano almost instantly recovers. 
Perdomo is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Perdomo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Perdomo holds on to his opponent.  Perdomo tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Laureano's kidney. The ref breaks Perdomo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Perdomo dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Perdomo lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Laureano attempts to land a jab, but Perdomo sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Perdomo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Laureano strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Perdomo closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Perdomo ties up his opponent.  Perdomo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Perdomo closes the distance and walks Laureano down, trapping him in a corner.  Perdomo lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Perdomo lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body, DROPPING LAUREANO TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Laureano cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Perdomo!
