Chung Soi vs Dewei Sham

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Heilongjiang promoted show at On Chiang Gym, Daqing,  taking place on 20/05/2036:

Clearly AI China-Heilongjiang have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Heilongjiang Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chung Soi (10 - 8(1) - 4) who hails from Harbin, China and Dewei Sham(9 - 16 - 4) from Qiqihar, China.  Soi weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces, while Sham weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gao Lim, and the three ringside judges are Tung Shieh, Yo Choo and Yu Jian.
