Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Rizal promoted show at Antipolo Poblete, Antipolo,  taking place on 25/05/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nicandro Caragay (8(4) - 0) who hails from Manila, Philippines and Santiago Capon(3 - 2) from Manila, Philippines.  Both Caragay and Capon weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Franco Gurule, and the three ringside judges are Rogelio Banda, Seth Ralutin and Berto Dumagan.  

Round 1: 

Caragay closes the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Caragay ties up his opponent.  Caragay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Capon is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Capon pushes his forearm into Caragay's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Capon about fouling.  
Caragay throws a right uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Caragay clinches his opponent.  Capon hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Capon about fouling.

Caragay walks Capon down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Caragay lands a right uppercut followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents head.

Caragay steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND CAPON IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.

Caragay sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Capon.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Caragay lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Caragay is on target with a sharp left hook to Capon's liver.  IT LOOKS LIKE CAPON WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Caragay knows Capon is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Caragay lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS CAPON TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  It looks like Capon has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Caragay lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Caragay lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES CAPON!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Caragay!
