Diego Melena vs Santiago Lugo

Boxing Daily Report from the Kwofie Promotions promoted show at Mexicali Arjona, Mexicali,  taking place on 27/05/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Melena (3 - 2) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Santiago Lugo(7 - 5 - 3) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Both Melena and Lugo weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Urbano, and the three ringside judges are Eloy Almeida, Rodrigo Moreno and Porfio Rodriguez.  

Round 1: 

Melena gets on the inside and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Melena lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
