Ming Ge vs Ian Gills

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Dongguan Arena, Dongguan,  taking place on 19/06/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ming Ge (20(16) - 1(1)) who hails from Taiyuan, China and Ian Gills(2 - 4(1)) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Ge weighed in at 160 pounds, while Gills weighed in at 159 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Xi-Wang Sheih, and the three ringside judges are Qing-Nan Jo, Liang Ko and Genjo Lui.  

Round 1: 

Ge lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Ge hits home with a right hook.  Ge clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Ge pushes his forearm into Gills's face.  The ref breaks Ge's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Gills lands a left hook.  
Ge closes the distance and is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Ge manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Ge digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ge is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Ge is looking to close the distance.  Ge pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ge digs in a sharp left hook to Gills's ribs.  Ge clinches his opponent.  Ge pushes his forearm into Gills's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ge to stop fouling.

Ge is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Ge ties up his opponent.  Ge throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Gills is looking to keep his distance.  Ge lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Ge advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Ge lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Ge clinches his opponent.  Ge leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Ge's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ge lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Gills throws a left hook, but Ge holds on to his opponent.  Ge leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Ge's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Ge is on target with a potent right hook to his opponents body.  GILLS IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Ge steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Gills now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Ge lands a cross to the body, a cross to the head and a right hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Gills almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Ge pivots to the left of his opponent.  Gills throws a left hook, but Ge ties up his opponent.  The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Ge to stop holding.  
Ge sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Gills's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Gills's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.
