Jack Dunwoodie vs Joel Gigler

Boxing Daily Report from the International Boxing Fight League promoted show at Silverboypromotions Gym, El Paso,  taking place on 14/06/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jack Dunwoodie (4 - 0) who hails from Austin, USA and Joel Gigler(0 - 2(1) - 1) from St. Louis, USA.  Both Dunwoodie and Gigler weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Larmore, and the three ringside judges are Edward Ferries, Leo Ovens and Danny Henderson.  

Round 1: 

Gigler advances into close range and manouvers Dunwoodie into a corner.  Dunwoodie hits home with a right hook.  
Dunwoodie lands a jab.  
Gigler steps inside.  Dunwoodie pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Dunwoodie connects with an overhand left.  
Dunwoodie tries to keep the action at long range and throws an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gigler closes the distance.  Gigler attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Dunwoodie's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Dunwoodie switches the action to the outside.  Dunwoodie feints a cross, and then connects with an overhand left.  
Dunwoodie lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Dunwoodie pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gigler's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Gigler's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Dunwoodie feints a right hook, and then tries to land a right hook, but Gigler parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Dunwoodie tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.  
Dunwoodie lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  Dunwoodie clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Dunwoodie pushes his forearm into Gigler's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Dunwoodie.  
Dunwoodie pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a right hook into Gigler's body.  
Gigler is looking to close the distance and digs in a right hook to Dunwoodie's ribs.  
Dunwoodie lands a jab.
