Balder Asplund vs Freyr Mostad

Boxing Daily Report from the Xtreme Fighting Champions promoted show at Oslo Gundersen, Oslo,  taking place on 14/06/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Norway Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Balder Asplund (6(5) - 0 - 1) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Freyr Mostad(4 - 3) from Oslo, Norway.  Asplund weighed in at 135 pounds, while Mostad weighed in at 134 pounds And 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Harper Underberg, and the three ringside judges are Roscoe Watne, Gunnar Berdahl and Thurston Sollie.  

Round 1: 

Asplund gets on the inside and hits home with a sharp right hook.  Asplund ties up his opponent.  Asplund is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Asplund walks Mostad into a neutral corner.  Some sustained pressure from Asplund could be enough to finish Mostad!  Asplund lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a cross to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  Mostad now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Asplund lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Asplund clinches his opponent.  Asplund is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Asplund lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  Asplund holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Asplund pushes his forearm into Mostad's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
