Keka Puhi vs Justin Bowens

Boxing Daily Report from the Lionheart Promotions promoted show at ABA Stadium, Auckland,  taking place on 14/06/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Keka Puhi (6(1) - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Justin Bowens(2 - 2) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Puhi and Bowens weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Hopper, and the three ringside judges are Waraki Kawau, Mike Sproule and Paul Vaux.  

Round 1: 

Puhi closes the distance.  Puhi pivots from in front of his opponent.  Puhi throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Puhi ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Puhi pushes his forearm into Bowens's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Puhi.
