Iain Ayrton vs Marcus Laird

Boxing Daily Report from the Munachoonga Promotions promoted show at Gorbals Leisure Centre, Glasgow,  taking place on 17/06/2036:

Clearly Munachoonga Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Iain Ayrton (12(2) - 3) who hails from Aberdeen, UK and Marcus Laird(1 - 10) from Edinburgh, UK.  Both Ayrton and Laird weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Hall, and the three ringside judges are William Cooper, John McVicker and Gordon Arnott.  

Round 1: 

Ayrton steps inside.  Ayrton sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Laird's liver.
