Gus Aretz vs Harry Donnelly

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Los USA, Providence,  taking place on 11/06/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Gus Aretz (2 - 0) who hails from Lubeck, Germany and Harry Donnelly(0 - 3 - 1) from West Valley City, USA.  Both Aretz and Donnelly weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Mate, and the three ringside judges are Declan Hernandez, David Bellillo and Cole Levingston.  

Round 1: 

Aretz closes the distance.  Aretz pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Aretz is looking to close the distance.  Aretz pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Aretz lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Aretz lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Aretz attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Donnelly time to recover.  
Donnelly tries to step out of his opponents range.  Aretz sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Donnelly tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Aretz lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Donnelly is looking to keep his distance.  Donnelly sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Aretz lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Aretz walks his opponent into the corner.  Aretz pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Donnelly connects with a left hook.  
Donnelly feints a cross, and then tries to land a right hook, but Aretz slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Aretz walks Donnelly down, trapping him in the corner.  Donnelly throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Aretz pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Donnelly steps to the outside.  Aretz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Aretz pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Aretz lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Aretz pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Aretz advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Donnelly's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Donnelly's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Donnelly's trainer is passing on some tactical advice. Aretz steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Aretz ties up his opponent.  Donnelly uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Aretz behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Donnelly sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Aretz lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Aretz drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  Aretz ties up his opponent.  Aretz pushes his forearm into Donnelly's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Aretz to stop fouling.
