Confucius Kwon vs Wang Phang

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Sichuan promoted show at Liang Hui Gym, Chengdu,  taking place on 21/06/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Sichuan Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Confucius Kwon (7 - 4 - 4) who hails from Chengdu, China and Wang Phang(3 - 14(1) - 1) from Chengdu, China.  Both Kwon and Phang weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zhong Yang, and the three ringside judges are Cong Lim, Xing-fu Chee and Jiang Pu.  

Round 1: 

Kwon steps inside.  Phang is on target with a right hook.  
Phang hits home with a cross.  
Kwon gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut.  
Kwon manouvers Phang into the corner.  Phang tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kwon hits home with a right hook.  
Phang tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with a cross.  
Phang pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a cross into Kwon's body.  
Phang pivots to the left of his opponent.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Phang dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kwon's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Phang's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.
