Nori Miya vs Kei Maeda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Kobe Kawata, Kobe,  taking place on 20/06/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Hyogo Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nori Miya (8 - 6 - 3) who hails from Kobe, Japan and Kei Maeda(11 - 5 - 2) from Kobe, Japan.  Miya weighed in at 104 pounds and 12 ounces, while Maeda weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aoi Ohno, and the three ringside judges are Hiro Katayama, Jun Oe and Jiro Matsubara.  

Round 1: 

Maeda tries to step out of his opponents range.  Miya throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Miya switches the action to the outside.  Maeda hits home with an overhand left.  
Miya pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.

Maeda advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Maeda lands a left hook.  
Maeda walks Miya down, trapping him on the ropes.  Maeda sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.
