Gareth Finnie vs Corey Abadie

Boxing Daily Report from the Kessels Promotions promoted show at Baton Rouge Allison, Baton Rouge,  taking place on 28/06/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Louisiana Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gareth Finnie (6 - 10 - 2) who hails from Baton Rouge, USA and Corey Abadie(7 - 9 - 5) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Finnie and Abadie weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adam Morris, and the three ringside judges are Mick Main, Amon Harnois and Amon Harnois.  

Round 1: 

Finnie is looking to close the distance.  Abadie pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Finnie pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Finnie walks Abadie onto the ropes.  Finnie pivots to the right of his opponent.  Finnie throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Abadie manages to force Finnie into a corner.  Abadie feints a cross, tricking Finnie into launching a right uppercut counter.  Abadie avoids the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Finnie's body.
