Boxing Daily Report from the James Saint-Claire promoted show at University of the Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 07/07/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Justy Nasty James Nino (21(12) - 0) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Joel Manatt(18 - 12(1) - 2) from Sydney, Australia.  Nino weighed in at 153 pounds And 14 ounces, while Manatt weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Reekie, and the three ringside judges are Dave Antoni, Noel Fedeli and James Doughtie.  

Round 1: 

Nino advances into close range.  Nino pivots from in front of his opponent.  Nino lands a sharp right hook.  Nino clinches his opponent.  Nino leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Nino's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Nino quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a sharp left uppercut.  
Manatt attempts to land a jab, but Nino slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nino is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Nino is looking to close the distance and digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.  Nino ties up his opponent.  Nino pushes his forearm into Manatt's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Nino attempts to land a right hook, but Manatt blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Nino pivots to the side of his opponent.  Nino lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Nino holds on to his opponent.  Nino is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
It looks like Manatt has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Nino walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Nino pivots to the left of his opponent.  Nino lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Nino clinches his opponent.  Nino is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Nino about fouling.  
Manatt throws a left hook, but Nino holds on to his opponent.  Nino tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Manatt behind the head. 
Nino steps inside and drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Nino lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Nino feints a left hook, but Manatt does not fall for it and lands with a right uppercut.  
Nino is looking to close the distance.  Nino quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Nino pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a solid cross.  
Nino closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Nino holds on to his opponent.  Nino throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nino is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.  Nino holds on to his opponent.  Nino leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Nino pushes his forearm into Manatt's face.  The referee warns Nino and breaks the clinch.  Nino attempts to land a right hook, but Manatt parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nino advances into close range and walks Manatt down, trapping him in a corner.  Nino digs in a right uppercut to Manatt's body.  
Nino pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He then lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Manatt attempts to land a right hook, but Nino blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Nino quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Nino pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
The right shot from Nino could be enough to force the stoppage!  Nino lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Manatt now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Nino closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Nino is on target with a sharp right hook to Manatt's body.  
Nino digs in a left hook to Manatt's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Manatt's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Manatt's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Manatt's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Nino is looking to close the distance.  Nino backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Manatt tries to tag Nino on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Manatt tries to step out of his opponents range.  Nino throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Manatt attempts to land a jab, but Nino sidesteps and counters with a firm right hook to Manatt's body.  MANATT IS HURT!  Manatt recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Nino advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Nino lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Nino lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Nino lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Nino lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Nino lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Nino closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Nino holds on to his opponent.  Nino tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Manatt behind the head. Nino leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Manatt tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Nino behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Nino lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND KNOCKS MANATT DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Nino!
