Floyd Mattox vs Jack Scurlock

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at Kingston Evanson, Kingston,  taking place on 26/07/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Kingston Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Floyd Mattox (13 - 8 - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Jack Scurlock(3 - 4(1) - 1) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Mattox and Scurlock weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edward Bivens, and the three ringside judges are Sid Eddie, Harvey Dennie and Davie Taylor.  

Round 1: 

Mattox lands a stinging jab.  
Scurlock is looking to close the distance and forces Mattox to back into the ropes.  Mattox throws a right uppercut, but is unable to find the target.  Mattox ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Mattox pushes his forearm into Scurlock's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mattox.
