Dave Yegon vs Joe Ukiru

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Amon Akaranga Gym, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 28/07/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Machakos Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Yegon (16 - 17(1) - 2) who hails from Athi River, Kenya and Joe Ukiru(3(2) - 0 - 1) from Machakos, Kenya.  Both Yegon and Ukiru weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vashon Magut, and the three ringside judges are Noah Litole, Sam Mwiria and Noah Litole.  

Round 1: 

Ukiru gets on the inside.  Ukiru sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Yegon throws a left hook, but Ukiru ties up his opponent.  Yegon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ukiru gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp right hook.  Ukiru ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Ukiru pushes his forearm into Yegon's face.  The referee warns Ukiru and breaks the clinch.
