Morgan Griff vs Malcolm Brand

Boxing Daily Report from the YOUNG RICH promoted show at Spencer Rule Gym, Pembroke Pines,  taking place on 09/09/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Florida Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Morgan Griff (24 - 19(3) - 6) who hails from Cape Coral, USA and Malcolm Brand(20 - 30(9) - 4) from Pembroke Pines, USA.  Griff weighed in at 244 pounds and 11 ounces, while Brand weighed in at 237 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Maskell, and the three ringside judges are Paul Romans, John Owens and Glynn Mescall.  

Round 1: 

Griff connects with a cross.

Brand closes the distance.  Brand drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  Brand wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Griff dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Brand advances into close range and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Griff feints a cross, and then lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Griff tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Brand gets on the inside and digs in a right uppercut to Griff's body.  Griff ties up his opponent.  Brand pushes his forearm into Griff's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Griff pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a cross.

Brand advances into close range.  As Griff tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Brand.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
