Ponce Palencia vs Sierra Tardio

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngcobo Promotions promoted show at Havana Tallon, Havana,  taking place on 19/09/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ponce Palencia (12 - 22(2) - 4) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Sierra Tardio(15(1) - 2 - 1) from Havana, Cuba.  Palencia weighed in at 167 pounds And 7 ounces, while Tardio weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jax Telleria, and the three ringside judges are Agapetus Triana, Desiderio Villavicencio and Desiderio Estacio.  

Round 1: 

Tardio gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  Tardio ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Tardio pushes his forearm into Palencia's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tardio.  
Tardio lands two right hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Tardio manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Palencia throws a left hook, but Tardio holds on to his opponent.  Tardio leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
