Viktor Kalinoff vs Waqar Sacieff

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kazakhstan-Karagandy promoted show at Karagandy Isckalieff, Karagandy,  taking place on 27/09/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kazakhstan-Karagandy Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Kalinoff (11 - 20(2) - 1) who hails from Karagandy, Kazakhstan and Waqar Sacieff(3 - 13 - 4) from Karagandy, Kazakhstan.  Both Kalinoff and Sacieff weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Abdul Kadyrgaliew, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Isabaew, Amer Umralieff and Borya Sagyndykoff.
