Saiffeddine Kaissi vs Ayham Basser

Boxing Daily Report from the Mphande Promotions promoted show at Tangier Haddou, Tangier,  taking place on 29/09/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Saiffeddine Kaissi (7 - 15(3) - 5) who hails from Tangier, Morocco and Ayham Basser(11 - 8 - 4) from Tetouan, Morocco.  Kaissi weighed in at 174 pounds and 8 ounces, while Basser weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mujahid Elkaim, and the three ringside judges are El Madani Ramid, Hilel Benzouien and Amrane Azoulay.  

Round 1: 

Kaissi forces Basser to retreat into the blue corner.  Basser throws a left hook, but Kaissi ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Basser pushes his forearm into Kaissi's face.  The ref breaks Kaissi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kaissi lands a cross.
