Mark Roderick vs Sam Aitkens

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center Stoner Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 04/10/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Iowa Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Roderick (9 - 10(1) - 4) who hails from Davenport, USA and Sam Aitkens(19 - 10(3) - 6) from Des Moines, USA.  Both Roderick and Aitkens weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vincent Bathgate, and the three ringside judges are Nicholas Mower, David Crosbie and Charles Mains.

Aitkens closes the distance and drives a right hook into Roderick's body.  Aitkens ties up his opponent.  Aitkens is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Aitkens's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
