Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Nasrec Indoor Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 06/10/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Southern African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quoitrel Mbeki (16(7) - 6(4)) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Laken Govender(31(4) - 6(5)) from Randburg, South Africa.  Both Mbeki and Govender weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Nyauza, and the three ringside judges are Mahdi Jamin, John Kisombo and Isaac Chohan.
