Gregor Ness vs Chris Weems

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at PCYC Redcliffe, Brisbane,  taking place on 18/10/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gregor Ness (14(8) - 1) who hails from Sunshine Coast, Australia and Chris Weems(4 - 10(2) - 2) from Brisbane, Australia.  Ness weighed in at 126 pounds, while Weems weighed in at 125 pounds And 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Michael Guffy, and the three ringside judges are Mark Lockie, Stuart Gowan and Michael Boyle.
