Mark Laidley vs Sam Winnie

Boxing Daily Report from the Yassa Promotions promoted show at Oliver Benichou Gym, Edmonton,  taking place on 19/10/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Laidley (8 - 7 - 1) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Sam Winnie(1 - 9 - 1) from Edmonton, Canada.  Laidley weighed in at 199 pounds and 10 ounces, while Winnie weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Louis Cauldwell, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Sinton, Dylan Humiston and Amon Eagleson.

Winnie is looking to close the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.
