Kai Wessels vs John Ngassi

Boxing Daily Report from the Ssenjovu Promotions promoted show at Durban Mnyamane, Durban,  taking place on 20/10/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kai Wessels (20(10) - 5(3) - 1) who hails from Umlazi, South Africa and John Ngassi(24(5) - 11(2) - 1) from Durban, South Africa.  Both Wessels and Ngassi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cole Makwetla, and the three ringside judges are Verlyn Selasee, Corey Nzimande and Ebi Muthambi.
