Bob Glendening vs Alen Puller

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at MSG Theater, New York City,  taking place on 06/12/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Big Bob Glendening (11(4) - 0) who hails from Aurora, USA and Alen Puller(27 - 21(2) - 2) from Fort Wayne, USA.  Glendening weighed in at 248 pounds and 12 ounces, while Puller weighed in at 246 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Protheroe, and the three ringside judges are Michael Perry, Ellis Cammon and Joey Kelly.  

Round 1: 

Puller lands a cross.  
Puller hits home with a right uppercut.  
Glendening is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Puller throws a left hook, but Glendening clinches his opponent.  Glendening pushes his forearm into Puller's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Glendening.  
Puller pivots to the left of his opponent.  Glendening lands a jab to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Glendening advances into close range.  Puller throws a left uppercut, but Glendening clinches his opponent.  Glendening leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Glendening tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Puller behind the head. 
Glendening is on target with a cross.  
Glendening advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS PULLER TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Puller quickly recovers. 
Glendening manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Glendening is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Glendening drives a stinging right hook into Puller's ribcage.  Glendening throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Glendening digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.  Glendening holds on to his opponent.  Glendening leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Puller tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a cross.  
Glendening lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Glendening drives a sharp left hook into his opponents liver.  
Glendening steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Glendening ties up his opponent.  Glendening throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Glendening and breaks the clinch.  
Glendening thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Puller away.  Glendening lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS PULLER!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Puller has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Puller forces Glendening to back into the ropes.  Puller sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Glendening finds the target with a jab.  
Glendening walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Glendening lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Glendening pivots to the left of his opponent.  Glendening lands a jab.  Glendening attempts to land a jab, but Puller slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Puller's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Puller sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Glendening lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Puller is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Glendening closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Glendening sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Glendening is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Glendening lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Glendening lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.

Glendening knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Glendening slams a big right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  PULLER IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  It looks like Puller has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Glendening gets on the inside.  Glendening quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and crashes a mean left hook to Puller's body.  PULLER IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Glendening lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Puller almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Glendening lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Puller pivots to the right of his opponent.  Glendening connects with a firm left hook.  Glendening tries to land a jab, but Puller blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Glendening advances into close range.  Glendening sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND KNOCKS PULLER DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Glendening!
