Jay Baston vs Algernon Bikana

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 22/11/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Western African Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jay Baston (45(28) - 9(2) - 1) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Algernon Bikana(27(1) - 8(2)) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Baston and Bikana weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gaston Angrand, and the three ringside judges are Brigham Coly, Mallory Saheli and Boyce Perec.  

Round 1: 

Baston steps to the outside.  Bikana circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Baston connects with a sharp cross.

Bikana is looking to close the distance.  Baston tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.

Bikana sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Baston lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Baston ties up his opponent.  Bikana tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Baston behind the head. The referee warns Bikana and breaks the clinch.  
Bikana pivots to the side of his opponent.  Baston digs in a sharp right hook to Bikana's body.  
Bikana sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Baston drives a stinging right hook into his opponents ribcage.  BIKANA IS HURT!  
Bikana closes the distance.  Baston senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Baston lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS BIKANA SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.
