Cody Baird vs Brett Shields

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center Stoner Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 04/11/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Iowa Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cody Baird (8 - 8) who hails from Des Moines, USA and Brett Shields(15 - 12 - 4) from Cedar Rapids, USA.  Both Baird and Shields weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Colin Dickins, and the three ringside judges are Mike James, Michael Hutchison and Rob Winning.

Shields pivots to the side of his opponent.  Baird digs in a left hook to his opponents body.
