Michael Ormond vs James Patterson

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Hisense Arena, Melbourne,  taking place on 24/11/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Michael Ormond (3(2) - 0 - 1) who hails from Perth, Australia and James Patterson(3 - 0) from Gold Coast, Australia.  Both Ormond and Patterson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sammy Lorimer, and the three ringside judges are Dale Masoero, Abdul Sabir and Jonathan Neilson.

Ormond forces Patterson to back into the ropes.  Ormond senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Ormond lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
It looks like Patterson has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Ormond sidesteps to the left of his opponent and attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Patterson time to recover.  
Ormond advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
