John Ruddock vs Billy McCleary

Boxing Daily Report from the ALT Promotions promoted show at Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff,  taking place on 22/12/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Wales Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Ruddock (8(2) - 0) who hails from Swansea, UK and Billy McCleary(18(5) - 6(2)) from Cardiff, UK.  Both Ruddock and McCleary weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dale Carrick, and the three ringside judges are Clinton Birney, Edwyn Brodie and Yasin Ozer.
