Boxing Daily Report from the Felix Orcales promoted show at Dasmarinas Sebastian, Dasmarinas,  taking place on 06/11/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cris Sarangaya (17(15) - 0) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Paul Placido(0 - 3 - 1) from San Jose del Monte, Philippines.  Sarangaya weighed in at 118 pounds, while Placido weighed in at 117 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Gumabon, and the three ringside judges are Michael Saley, Carlos Macauyag and Juan Sumulong.  

Round 1: 

Sarangaya steps inside and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Sarangaya digs in a firm right hook to his opponents body.  
Placido steps away from his opponent.  Sarangaya lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Sarangaya advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Sarangaya is looking to close the distance and throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Sarangaya ties up his opponent.  Sarangaya pushes his forearm into Placido's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Sarangaya lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Sarangaya clinches his opponent.  Sarangaya throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Sarangaya throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Sarangaya closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Sarangaya clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Sarangaya pushes his forearm into Placido's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Sarangaya about fouling.  
Sarangaya tries to land a left hook, but Placido blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Sarangaya advances into close range and digs in a left hook to Placido's body.  
Sarangaya hits home with a solid left hook.  
Sarangaya drives a left hook into Placido's body.  
Sarangaya hits home with a sharp jab.  
Placido is looking to keep his distance.  Sarangaya hits home with an overhand right.  
Sarangaya lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Sarangaya ties up his opponent.  Sarangaya tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Placido's kidney. Sarangaya is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Sarangaya is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Sarangaya.  
Placido is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Sarangaya thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Placido away.  Sarangaya lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING PLACIDO DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  It looks like Placido has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Sarangaya is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sarangaya forces Placido to back into the corner.  Sarangaya connects with a right hook.  
Sarangaya gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Sarangaya lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Sarangaya holds on to his opponent.  Sarangaya leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Sarangaya's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Sarangaya lands a solid cross.  
Sarangaya is looking to close the distance and whips in a big left hook to Placido's body.  PLACIDO IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  
Sarangaya drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.  PLACIDO IS HURT!  
Placido could be stopped here, if Sarangaya can find the right shot!  Sarangaya lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND KNOCKS PLACIDO DOWN!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Sarangaya!
