Arthur Brown vs Vince Harkins

Boxing Daily Report from the Dana White promoted show at Vancouver Stackpoole, Vancouver,  taking place on 18/11/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arthur Brown (18 - 15(3) - 4) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and Vince Harkins(17 - 16(1) - 6) from Burnaby, Canada.  Brown weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces, while Harkins weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zachary Kenna, and the three ringside judges are Kai Sundy, Lee Christy and Jacob Peairs.
