Gig Escovedo vs Jesus Marro

Boxing Daily Report from the Atsu Promotions promoted show at Macario Bail Gym, Los Alcarrizos,  taking place on 21/11/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gig Escovedo (14 - 8) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Jesus Marro(10 - 5(1) - 2) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Both Escovedo and Marro weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Rodrigo, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Varona, Nemesio Carrero and Diego Rodrigo.  

Round 1: 

Escovedo tries to keep the action at long range and tries to land a jab, but Marro parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Marro cuts off the ring, trapping Escovedo in the red corner.  Marro is on target with a jab.
