Rory Corcoran vs Anthony Murdock

Boxing Daily Report from the Don Kingahan promoted show at Dublin Whelan, Dublin,  taking place on 26/11/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rory Corcoran (9(6) - 1) who hails from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland and Anthony Murdock(8 - 11(2) - 2) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Corcoran and Murdock weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dean Napier, and the three ringside judges are Leon McPeters, Leeroy MacEwan and Michael Dillon.  

Round 1: 

Corcoran steps inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Corcoran pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Corcoran steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Corcoran tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab to the body, a cross to the head and a jab to the head.

Corcoran is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  Corcoran ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Corcoran pushes his forearm into Murdock's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Corcoran drives a stinging left hook into his opponents ribs.  Corcoran ties up his opponent.  Corcoran is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Corcoran to stop fouling.

Corcoran drives a potent left hook into his opponents liver.  MURDOCK IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  However, the ref is not convinced Murdock is fit to continue. He waves off the fight!  The winner by TKO is Corcoran!
