Kyo Takamoto vs Aoi Harada

Boxing Daily Report from the Koranteng Promotions promoted show at Kei Kubo Gym, Asahikawa,  taking place on 28/11/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kyo Takamoto (9 - 13(1) - 2) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Aoi Harada(9 - 8 - 2) from Sapporo, Japan.  Both Takamoto and Harada weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasushi Uyeno, and the three ringside judges are Kyo Kawabata, Yuichi Sano and Aki Mizuno.  

Round 1: 

Takamoto switches the action to the outside.  Harada is on target with a cross.

Takamoto sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Harada is on target with an overhand right.  
Harada hits home with a left uppercut.  Takamoto holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Takamoto lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Harada steps inside.  Harada sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Takamoto lands a right hook.  
Takamoto connects with a cross.  
Harada connects with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Takamoto's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Takamoto's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Harada's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Harada closes the distance.  Harada sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Harada throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Harada backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Takamoto steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.
