Kamran Alam vs Alejandro Roldan

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 08/01/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kamran KKK Alam (55(38) - 5) who hails from Oakland, USA and Alejandro Roldan(24(3) - 18(8)) from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela.  Both Alam and Roldan weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Annand, and the three ringside judges are Dominic Pollino, John Vaughn and Cris Villagomez.  

Round 1: 

Alam hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Roldan hits home with a right hook.  Alam clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Roldan pushes his forearm into Alam's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Roldan to stop fouling.  
Roldan finds the target with a jab.  
Roldan pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Roldan gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Roldan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Alam tries to land a cross, but Roldan slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Alam lands a jab.  
Roldan gets on the inside.  Alam throws a left hook, but is not on target.  Alam holds on to his opponent.  Roldan leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Alam's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Roldan lands a sharp jab.  
Roldan is looking to keep his distance.  Roldan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Alam lands a jab, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.  
Alam steps away from his opponent and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Roldan steps inside.  Alam quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Roldan lands a left hook.  Alam clinches his opponent.  Roldan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Alam attempts to land a jab, but Roldan sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Alam sidesteps to the right of his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Alam is on target with a left hook.  
Roldan drives a left hook into Alam's body.  
Roldan steps inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Roldan is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Alam digs in a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Roldan lands a left hook.  Roldan tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Roldan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Roldan tries to land a right hook, but Alam sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Alam steps away from his opponent and lands a stiff jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Alam's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Alam's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Alam's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.  Roldan's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Alam steps to the outside.  Alam feints a jab, fooling Roldan into throwing a cross counter.  Alam springs the trap, countering with  a right hook.  
Alam lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  
Alam feints a cross, and then lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Roldan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Roldan throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Alam hits home with a cross.  
Roldan attempts to land a jab, but Alam parries the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Roldan advances into close range and lands a right uppercut.  Alam holds on to his opponent.  Roldan tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Alam behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Roldan about fouling.  
Alam switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.  
Roldan is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but Alam holds on to his opponent.  Roldan leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Alam feints a jab, tricking Roldan into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Alam avoids the shot and counters with a big right hook.  ROLDAN IS HURT!  
Alam knows Roldan is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Alam lands a left hook, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS ROLDAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Alam lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS ROLDAN DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Roldan has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Roldan steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Alam feints a jab, but Roldan is not fooled and responds with a right hook.  
Alam connects with a sharp cross.  
Alam throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Roldan's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Roldan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Roldan steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Roldan is on target with a left hook to Alam's ribs.  
Roldan tries to land a jab, but Alam sidesteps and counters with a spiteful left hook.  ROLDAN IS HURT!  
Roldan gets on the inside.  Alam stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Alam lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross, right hook and a cross to his opponents head, DROPPING ROLDAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 9.  
Alam lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS ROLDAN DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Alam!
