Sid Mungle vs Malcolm Cava

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Los Angeles Garcia, Los Angeles,  taking place on 03/12/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sid Mungle (14 - 18(1) - 7) who hails from Anaheim, USA and Malcolm Cava(35(16) - 3(1) - 2) from San Jose, USA.  Mungle weighed in at 160 pounds, while Cava weighed in at 159 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Will Ducat, and the three ringside judges are Jasper Fairlie, Clint Grullon and Patrick Hardie.  

Round 1: 

Cava closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Cava ties up his opponent.  Cava is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cava.  
Cava lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Cava lands a left hook.  Cava clinches his opponent.  Cava is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Cava's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mungle steps away from his opponent.  Cava is on target with a cross to Mungle's body.  
Cava steps inside and drives a left hook into Mungle's body.  Cava clinches his opponent.  Mungle pushes his forearm into Cava's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mungle about fouling.  
Cava steps inside.  Cava pivots to the right of his opponent.  Mungle throws a left hook, but Cava holds on to his opponent.  Cava is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Cava and breaks the clinch.  
Cava lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Mungle throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Cava is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Mungle is looking to close the distance.  Cava is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Cava lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Cava ties up his opponent.  Cava uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Mungle behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cava cuts off the ring, trapping Mungle in the corner.  Cava lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Cava pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Cava pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Cava closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Cava holds on to his opponent.  Cava leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cava feints a cross, and then is on target with a jab.  
Cava closes the distance and forces Mungle to retreat into the corner.  Cava pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Cava lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Cava pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Mungle is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a cross.  
Mungle walks his opponent into a corner.  Cava connects with a cross.  
Mungle closes the distance.  Cava throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Cava holds on to his opponent.  Cava leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Cava to stop holding.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mungle's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Mungle's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Mungle's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Cava sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Mungle tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Mungle finds the target with a jab.  
Cava is looking to close the distance and lands a firm left hook.  
Cava lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Mungle quickly recovers. 
Cava advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Cava is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Mungle closes the distance.  Cava knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Cava connects with a VICIOUS left hook.  DOWN GOES MUNGLE!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like Mungle has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Cava advances into close range.  Cava quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to Mungle's ribcage.  
Mungle is looking to keep his distance.  Cava feints a left, and then throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Cava pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Cava tries to keep the action at long range.  Mungle lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Mungle is on target with a cross.  
Mungle throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.
