Mike Quatey vs Umair Alli

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Western Ghana promoted show at Mel Dubango Gym, Takoradi,  taking place on 06/12/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Western Ghana Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mike Quatey (6 - 13(1) - 6) who hails from Takoradi, Ghana and Umair Alli(7 - 6(1) - 4) from Takoradi, Ghana.  Quatey weighed in at 126 pounds, while Alli weighed in at 126 pounds and 14 ounces.    As Alli came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Ibeamaka Akamba, and the three ringside judges are Wayne Bimi, Zain Karimi and Vashon Inkoom.

Quatey advances into close range.  Quatey is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Quatey wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Alli has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Quatey switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.
